The principal will evaluate tenders based on the information provided in the tender response, including conformity with RFT requirements, qualitative criteria, and sound contracting principles such as price, value for money, delivery methodology, capabilities, experience, resources, management systems, and local benefit.
A site inspection may be held at the request of the contractor.
