The works under this contract are expected to be completed within 10 weeks of the contract award date.
Payment shall be singular, lump sum, in line with submitted offer. Progress payments may be accommodated, if submitted alongside a progress schedule up to the date of invoicing.

Quotations will be shortlisted based on: completeness of response, local content, past performance, whether the quotation response presents an acceptable level of risk to the principal, and price. The principal reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to shortlist any number of quotation responses, including one or more, all or none of the quotation responses. The principal is not obliged to shortlist the lowest priced quotation responses.
Although it is not mandatory, it is recommended that contractors attend the designated site inspection to fully comprehend the scope of work.
