The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) is seeking tenders for the Humanitarian Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Support (HUMMEL) project. The project requires coordinated specialist humanitarian monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) services to support the delivery of effective humanitarian assistance. The project will commence in November 2025 for a period of 4 years with a budget of up to AUD 2,000,000, exclusive of GST. There is an option to extend the contract for up to a further 500,000 exclusive of GST and for an additional year, which will be exercised at DFAT's discretion.
