James Cook University (JCU) is seeking principal consultant services for the Cairns Masterplan 2026. The consultant will be responsible for engaging necessary subconsultants. Offers must be lodged electronically via VendorPanel by 11 June 2026, 3:00 PM AEST. Evaluation criteria include mandatory criteria (insurance, modern slavery, supplier code of conduct, previous performance) and qualitative criteria (local content, economic and local benefits, social and ethical value, campus planning expertise, methodology, stakeholder engagement, key personnel, deliverability, innovation, sustainability, technology). Offers must remain valid for 120 days. JCU reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
