The tenderer must comply with the Australian Privacy Principles. The tenderer must provide a declaration regarding employee entitlements and financial viability. The tenderer warrants that it is not aware of any strategic notice event. Local industry participation is expected. The tenderer must complete a local industry capability plan if the project value is $7. 5 million or above. The tenderer must complete and lodge WHS accreditation scheme accreditation if applicable. The tenderer must comply with the requirements of the WHS accreditation scheme, including holding accreditation if carrying out the work. The tenderer must comply with the requirements of the Australian Skills Guarantee if applicable.
