The Australian Institute of Criminology (AIC) is seeking submissions for the provision of criminological research services. Applicants must comply with all requirements outlined in the Commonwealth Approach to Market terms, including minimum content and format requirements. The proposed contract will incorporate the Commonwealth Contract Terms. The successful supplier will be responsible for providing quarterly expenditure reports, six-monthly progress reports, and final reports. Payment will be made in installments, with 25% at the commencement of the project, 25% halfway through, 25% upon submission of a report, and the final 25% upon acceptance of the final report. The AIC may require ad-hoc reports throughout the project period. Additional contract terms include intellectual property ownership by the AIC, payment terms (including interest for late payments), and compliance with the Commonwealth Supplier Code of Conduct.
