CQU's standard payment terms are net30, with invoices for the total amount submitted upon the delivery and acceptance of the final goods and/or services by CQU.

The award criteria include proposed terms alignment with CQU's core values and risk appetite (15%), knowledge of climate-related disclosure requirements and experience with statutory bodies (20%), proposed methodology and approach (20%), relevant expertise and experience (10%), capacity to deliver within timeframes (10%), value for money (10%), and collaborative delivery and economies of scale (15%).

Suppliers must be suitably qualified and experienced consultants. Mandatory requirements include completing Schedule 7 (Supplier Code of Conduct Statement), Schedule 5 (Supplier Acceptance to Participate) in its entirety, and providing all relevant supporting documents.
