VLine invites expressions of interest from competent businesses, tourism organisations, community groups, or local government to run a ticket agency in Horsham. The agency will provide customer service, ticket sales, and information. The contract term is two years with one optional two-year extension. Submissions must be made via the buying for Victoria platform by September 29, 2026, 5 pm. Evaluation criteria include capability/experience (35%), service quality (35%), and financial/commercial viability (10%). Applicants must reside in the Horsham community and maintain public liability insurance of at least 10 million.
