V/Line is seeking proposals for specialist rail infrastructure services across the Victorian country rail network. Services include maintenance tamping, rail milling, and rail grinding. Tenderers must demonstrate capability, experience, resources, safety performance, and technical expertise. An optional online supplier briefing will be held on Friday, 7th Aug 2026. Tender documentation and responses will be managed through the Zycus Supplier Network (ZSN) portal. Construction services must comply with the Ministerial Directions and Instructions for Public Construction Procurement.
Tenderers will be required to demonstrate the capability, experience, resources, safety performance, and technical expertise necessary to deliver the relevant services across the Victorian country rail network in accordance with V/Line's operational, safety, and performance requirements.
