The delivery for the stationery services is due by mid-October to late November each year, as specified in the Statement of Requirements.

The bid notice states that where the customer and the supplier both have the capability to deliver and receive einvoices through the peppol framework and have agreed to use einvoicing, following receipt of a correctly rendered invoice, including acceptance of the goods andor services by the customer, the customer will pay the amount of a correctly rendered invoice to the supplier within five 5 calendar days after receiving it, or if this day is not a business day, on the next business day. In all other circumstances following receipt of a correctly rendered invoice, including acceptance of the goods andor services by the customer, the customer will pay the amount of a correctly rendered invoice to the supplier within twenty 20 calendar days after receiving it, or if this day is not a business day, on the next business day.

The bid notice states that The customer will evaluate all valid responses received by the atm closing time item a. a. 1 that meet the minimum content and format requirements and the conditions for participation if any, to determine which potential supplier has proposed the best value for money outcome for the customer.

The bid notice mentions that Potential suppliers are required to comply with all requirements set out in the commonwealth approach to market terms and that for a potential suppliers response to be eligible for consideration the potential suppliers response must comply with the matters addressed in a. b. 4. 2 of the commonwealth atm terms. It also states conditions for participation: refer to rfq documentation.

The bid notice states, unless otherwise notified by an addendum, there are no site inspections for this atm.

The Bureau of Meteorology requires delivery of goods within specified lead times and quantities, with delivery dates to be advised in the tender response. The timeframe for delivery is May 2026 to May 2031 plus 2 x 2-year extension options.

The tender evaluation criteria will encompass: a) the extent to which the tenderer's offer meets the Commonwealth's requirement set out in the RFQ, b) the tenderer's proven capacity to provide the requirement, and c) the total costs to be incurred by the Commonwealth.

Potential suppliers should note that they may be required to enable the customer, or an independent assessor, to conduct periodic audits to confirm compliance with all applicable Australian or international standards.

If compatible substitute parts are available, the perspective vendor can provide product specification details and opportunity for testing if required.

The bid notice states that PDF details should be submitted by email no later than 5pm, Friday 8th May 2026.

The timeframe for delivery is to commence on June 03, 2026.

Offers will be evaluated in accordance with the commonwealth procurement rules to determine the best value for money outcome for the bureau.

The estimated value is from 55,**** to 55,**** AUD.

The resultant deed is expected to commence on 30 april 2026 and conclude on 29 april 2030.

Following the closing time, tenders will be evaluated to identify the tender that represents best value for money.

Tenderers must meet the essential requirements as defined in the statement of requirements.

In its evaluation of tenders, it is expected that the bureau will request the shortlisted tenderers for the workstreams to provide sample equipment and documentation.
