Cassowary Coast Regional Council invites quotations for roof renewal works across four separable portions. Tenderers may quote for one, several, or all portions. The preferred completion date is 30 January 2027, with a final completion date of 30 March 2027. Tenderers must inspect each site. The tendered price should include all necessary labour, materials, plant, and incidentals. Quotations close on Friday, 25 September 2026, at 3pm.
The successful contractor shall complete all works no later than 30 March 2027 unless otherwise approved in writing by Cassowary Coast Regional Council.
Council may award portions separately, in combination, or not at all, subject to compliance, available funding, best value and the proposed delivery program.
Cassowary Coast Regional Council invites submissions from suitably qualified and licensed roofing contractors to undertake capital roof renewal works at four council facilities.
Tenderers are strongly encouraged to inspect each site included in their tender before submitting their response, to reasonably satisfy themselves as to: o the existing roof condition and documented findings.

Failure to inspect a site will not relieve the successful contractor of responsibility for any condition, requirement or constraint that could reasonably have been identified through review of the tender documents, site familiarisation or normal contractor due diligence.
