The consultant must complete the services within 10 weeks from the date of the letter of award, as specified in the project program.
The principal will pay the consultant the value of the fee as determined by the principal, subject to the conditions of the agreement. Payment claims are to be lodged with the principal at the times specified in item 11 of the agreement information, and the principal will pay the amount due within 15 business days after the consultant's payment claim is served.
The evaluation of this opportunity will be based on general assessment criteria including price, terms and conditions.
The consultant must perform the services to a professional standard of care and skill expected of a consultant who regularly acts in that capacity and possesses the necessary knowledge, skill, and experience. Personnel engaged must be appropriately qualified, competent, and experienced.
Delayed responses to RFIs during the construction phase will be reflected in performance reports and other contractual aspects.
The rate tendered for a site visit will be deemed to cover all costs related to a site visit, including personnel, oncosts, overheads, travel, accommodation, and subsistence.
The principal may terminate the agreement for consultant's default if the consultant fails to remedy a default within 14 days of receiving notice, or if the consultant becomes bankrupt, insolvent, fails to carry out services with due diligence, suspends services without reasonable cause, or commits a substantial breach.
