Mount Isa Water Board (MIWB) is seeking a qualified supplier for SCADA system support, maintenance, and engineering services. The scope includes operational support, fault diagnosis, incident response, preventative maintenance, system upgrades, integration, and cyber security for their control systems and telemetry infrastructure across multiple sites. Suppliers must be capable of both remote and onsite services, with experience in SCADA systems, industrial automation, and operational technology environments, particularly within utilities or critical infrastructure sectors. The contract is expected to commence in May 2026.
The Statement of Work expires if not executed by both parties by a certain date, and integration activities must be completed in accordance with the agreed implementation schedule or individual project delivery timelines.
The supplier warrants that all ICT professional services performed will be carried out with due care, skill, and diligence, and in accordance with generally accepted industry standards. The warranty period for deliverables is ninety (90) days from the date of delivery or acceptance by MIWB, whichever occurs later.
Suppliers must be suitably qualified and experienced, with demonstrated experience in SCADA systems, industrial automation, and operational technology environments, particularly within utilities or critical infrastructure sectors.
Where the supplier fails to meet the service levels applicable to the software support services, service credits may apply in accordance with Schedule 8 Service Levels.
Suppliers must be capable of providing a combination of remote support and onsite services, including attendance at MIWB sites in Mount Isa and surrounding areas as required.
