Wheel Loader Tenders

Delivery must occur within 26 weeks from date of order. The expected completion date is 26 May 2027. As stated: time of delivery shall be within twenty 26 weeks from the date of order.

Suppliers must state the full period, terms and conditions of warranty. As stated: state the full period, terms, and conditions of the warranty for any wheel loader, attachments and accessories offered.

Evaluation criteria include price (10%), local content (10%), WHS compliance (10%), technical capability (10%), quality and fit for purpose (25%), capacity (10%), experience (10%), and projected WOL costs (15%).

If delivery fails by the agreed date, the principal may cancel the purchase order. As stated: if the successful respondent fails to deliver the ordered goods and or services by an agreed time of completion delivery date at time of order, a principal may cancel the purchase order.

Failure to disclose alternatives may result in disqualification. As stated: failure to disclose alternatives may result in disqualification of the tender.
