Mildura Rural City Council is seeking tenders for the design, fabrication, and installation of a custom play element, including a paddle steamer and ropes course, at Jaycee Park. The project requires early contractor engagement for design resolution, with defined hold points for council review. The successful supplier must coordinate closely with a lead contractor for site integration. Submissions must be made electronically via the VendorPanel system by the closing date of July 23, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not obligated to accept the lowest or any tender.
Practical completion is expected between July 2027 and August 2027, or within 12 months of practical completion.
Progress claims are to be submitted by the 30th day of each month for work done to the 28th day of that month. Specific payment percentages are allocated for design phase completion, fabrication commencement and completion, and installation commencement and completion, with the final 25% upon award of practical completion certificate.
The defects liability period is 52 weeks.
Respondents must provide a copy of their certificate of incorporation and current company extract if trading as a company, or a registration certificate including the trustee's ACN if operating as a trust. Tender schedules and statutory declarations must be signed and uploaded, with pricing only included in the applicable pricing schedule.
Liquidated damages are not applicable.

Responses made by any means other than online submission through the VendorPanel system (e. g. , email, facsimile, post, or in person) will not be considered.
