The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking tenders to establish a workforce sourcing panel. Tenders must be submitted via the 360 tender system by 2:00 PM Canberra local time on Friday, 15 August 2025. The panel is expected to commence on or before 3 November 2025 and have an initial term expiring on 2 November 2030, potentially extendable for up to five years. The agency will use the 360 tender system for all communication and document exchange. Potential tenderers must register on Austender and the 360 tender system. The agency may issue work orders for services as needed. Evaluation criteria include capability, capacity and experience, commitment to supporting people with disabilities, pricing, and risk assessment. Referee endorsements are required. Tenders must be in English and use Australian legal units of measure. All fees must be quoted in Australian dollars. Compliance with relevant Australian legislation and policies, including the Workplace Gender Equality Act ****, Indigenous Procurement Policy, and Shadow Economy Procurement Connected Policy, is required. The agency may extend the closing time at its discretion. The tenderer is responsible for ensuring their technology meets the minimum requirements of the 360 tender system.

The Australian government is seeking a service provider to facilitate stakeholder engagement in a review of the Snowy Water Deed. The successful service provider will be contracted based on a fixed price contract with provision for additional fee service. Responses must be lodged electronically via Austender before the closing time (11 August 2025, 3:00 PM ACT local time). An industry briefing will be delivered prior to the closing date. Questions will be permitted up until 5:00 PM Thursday, 7 August 2025, ACT local time. The contract will include a possible 6-month extension option, starting on Monday, 25 August 2025, and ending on Tuesday, 25 August 2026. The evaluation criteria include understanding of the requirement, demonstrated experience, relevant experience and expertise of nominated personnel, value for money, and compliance with the Commonwealth Supplier Code of Conduct. Additional contract terms include intellectual property rights, payment terms, payment details, insurance, and warranties.
