The Royal Australian Mint is seeking submissions for the provision of an automated blank inspection machine. Interested parties must submit their tender in accordance with the Request for Tender (RFT) before the closing date and time. The contract will include extension options up to 6 months. The machine must measure diameter (inside and outside), thickness, ovality, flatness, and weight of coin and coin-like objects (various shapes and sizes). Additional parameters (e. g. , plating thickness, eccentricity, hardness, surface roughness, and rim profile) will be considered in the evaluation but are optional. The machine must be able to process at least 600 blanks/coins in 23 hours, separate failed blanks/coins, and produce measurement reports storable on the Mint's network. The supplier must comply with all requirements set out in the Commonwealth Approach to Market (ATM) terms, including safety standards (AS ****, AS ****204:2019, AS ****803:2019, ASNZS 3820:2020, AS ****, AS ****602:2014, AS ****603:2019, ASNZS ****906:2014). Responses must be lodged electronically via Austender before the closing time. The response file names should incorporate the potential supplier's full legal organization name and reflect the various parts of the bid. Responses must not exceed a combined file size of 10 megabytes per upload. Responses must be completely self-contained. No embedded files, hyperlinks, or other material may be incorporated by reference. Questions will be permitted up until 5:00 PM Friday, 22 August 2025, ACT local time. The equipment must be delivered, delivery duty paid (DDP), to the Royal Australian Mint within the agreed time period after signing the procurement contract, with the possibility of a three-month extension. The supplier must install and commission the equipment within four weeks of delivery. A site acceptance test (SAT) will be conducted after equipment commissioning. The supplier must provide training on-site at the Mint for appropriate personnel. The supplier must provide a complete maintenance schedule, warranty details, and a list of recommended spare parts for the first three years. The supplier must itemize and guarantee spare parts availability for ten years. The supplier must demonstrate the ability to provide technical support, including service delivery support model and cost structure, timeframe for emergency on-site support, contact response times, and phone/email support availability. The supplier must detail Australian-based technical support services and specify what services require overseas support. The supplier must provide the following technical documentation in English: two user manuals, two software manuals, two hardware manuals, two maintenance manuals, and two electrical manuals. All technical documentation must be original, not photocopied. The supplier must specify the equipment foundation requirements and provide a copy of the foundation drawings. The supplier must agree to comply with the Commonwealth Supplier Code of Conduct. The customer will evaluate all valid responses received by the ATM closing time to determine the best value for money outcome. The successful supplier will have demonstrated its ability to provide the best value for the customer. This will not necessarily be the lowest price.

This RFI seeks information from commercial entities about the current capability, lead times, and costs for delivering an efficient system to provide Australian television content to ADF members deployed on RAN ships. Responses are due 31 July 2025 at 4:00 PM ACT local time. Responses must be submitted electronically via the Austender website. Participation conditions are outlined in the RFI document. The estimated timeframe for delivery is 18 months.

Defence intends to conduct a two-stage procurement process to engage two early contractor involvement head contract (ECIHC) contractors for the remediation of strategic infrastructure and accommodation of future capability requirements at the Royal Australian Navy's (RAN) Garden Island Defence Precinct (GIDP) Chowder Bay DFIM site. The first stage involves an Invitation to Register (ITR) expected in mid to late August 2025 on Austender (www. ***. *. *). Potential respondents must demonstrate their capacity to perform the activities of an ECIHC and deliver large-scale infrastructure and building upgrades, including fuel systems. All official information will be published on Austender. Questions must be directed in writing to the contact officer. The estimated value of the works is between 150 million and 170 million AUD, GST exclusive.

The Royal Children's Hospital is seeking expressions of interest for a radiology information system (RIS) driven picture archiving and communication system (PACS) solution. The solution must operate within a precinct utilizing an EPIC EMR and incorporate onsite and offsite reporting, review, and access. Invitees must have experience in healthcare services, preferably within Victoria, and the solution must be suitable for a tertiary statewide paediatric service.
