The offer will be evaluated against criteria including mandatory criteria (insurance compliance, modern slavery compliance, supplier code of conduct compliance, previous performance and/or referee reports verified) and qualitative criteria (local content within 125km of goods/services being delivered, capability, capacity, methodology and program health, safety, economic and local benefits, environmental sustainability). jcu is not evaluating offers on the sole criterion of price.
