Motorist Tenders

Quotations close at 2:00 pm Australian Central Standard Time (ACST) Thursday, 12 November 2026. Late quotations may not be accepted. The contract completion timeframe is 12 weeks.

Basis of payment is lump sum fee as stated in the annexure to the conditions of contract, clause 3. 1.

Assessment criteria weightings: price 25, past performance 15, local content 30, timeliness 15, capacity 15, total 100.

Quotation responses will be shortlisted based on completeness of response, local content, past performance, whether the quotation response presents an acceptable level of risk to the principal and price.

Site inspection is no according to the annexure to the conditions of quoting, clause 4. The consultant shall undertake a site inspection as part of the scope of services.

Late quotations may not be accepted. The principal may remove a quotation response from the shortlist at any time for any reason. Non-shortlisted responses may be held in reserve.

The evaluation panel will use a weighted point score evaluation system that allows price and nonprice criteria to be taken into account in the selection of a preferred tenderer.

Tenderers must be suitably qualified and experienced, and must provide evidence of registration or licensing if applicable.

Failure to respond to, or meet any of the requirements set out in this rft, and the tender documents, will result in the tender being deemed a nonconforming tender.
