This final report shall be provided to Council within 4 weeks of finalising consultation and comments from Council.
The method of payment will be lumpsum.
In submitting its tender, the tenderer warrants that it has the expertise, experience and resources necessary to perform the obligations of the tenderer as set out in the RFT.
