The bid notice states that the research project is to be completed by 30 June 2027.

Suppliers must demonstrate ability to secure all required ethics and research approvals prior to research commencement, including, but not limited to: approval from a human research ethics committee (HREC) and approval from the Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) Research and Evaluation Committee.

Suppliers are advised that failure to obtain QCS approval within an agreed timeframe may result in the suspension or termination of the contract, with associated funding reallocated at the discretion of the customer.
