Bidders must demonstrate proven experience delivering managed print services for organisations of comparable scale, geographic dispersion, and operational complexity, including familiarity with multi-site local government environments. They must also demonstrate capability in deploying, integrating, and supporting multifunction printer fleets across multiple sites, including secure print environments and identity-based authentication, and evidence of successful transitions from incumbent suppliers.
