The tenderer is requested to provide a proposed date for completion as defined in clause 24. 1 of the conditions of contract in part5 which should have regard to the commonwealths nominated date for completion in the table below, however provision of a date after this nominated date will not render the tender nonconforming: if there are no stages, for the works date for completionnominated date for completioninsert months after the award datewithin 6 months after the award dateincluding 6 weeks of hoto review and approval notes: 1. tenderers to ensure that the hoto draft omms, as builts, gdls etc. is submitted early before physical completion and allow at least 6 weeks for hoto review and approval process. 2. the commonwealth is interested in proposals that would greatly benefit the programme and provide schedule efficiencies in the delivery of the project. as such, tenderers are encouraged to lodge alternative proposals in tender schedule h in respect of the works description only in pursuit of greater value for money and shorter timeframe for delivering the works.

The tenderer is requested to provide the times for submission of payment claims for the purposes of clause 11. 2a of the conditions of contract in part5 as follows: imes for submission of payment claims monthly on the 15th day of each monththe tenderer is also requested to provide an anticipated monthly cash flow for payment of the contract price.

The commonwealth will apply the following evaluation criteria: project understanding 50 weighting, workload and proposed resources 15 weighting, previous performance 15 weighting, program 20 weighting, indigenous procurement policy no weighting, commonwealth procurement rules compliance no weighting, financial no weighting, alternative proposals if any no weighting, miscellaneous matters for evaluation: security if applicable, insurance details and levels and tenderers commercialinconfidence information no weighting, and information security no weighting.

The conditions for participation applicable to this tender process are that the tenderer must: complete and return the signed confidentiality agreement. The tenderer should note that this is athese are conditions for participation in this tender process under clause 3. 1c of the tender conditions and it is requested to lodge information in its tender demonstrating that it meets each condition for participation. If the tender is lodged on a joint bid basis, the tenderer is requested to lodge this information for each joint bid party as applicable.

The cutoff date for questions pertaining to this tender is seven 7 days before the tender close date.

The bid notice states, Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: appropriate qbcc builders licences to undertake the entire scope of worksprofessional indemnity insurance to the value of 1, 000, **** licensing and professional indemnity insuranceit is anticipated that a minimum of a qbcc low rise builders licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold professional indemnity insurance in accordance with the contract.
