Goondiwindi Regional Council is seeking an experienced contractor for the supply, installation, and commissioning of two Hyprolyser 560 units and one Hyprolyser **** unit at Texas, Inglewood, and Goondiwindi Aquatic Centres. Tenders close at 12 noon AEST on Monday, 3rd August 2026. Submissions must be lodged through VendorPanel. The contract duration is to be completed by 11th September 2026. The evaluation criteria include level of service capability (10%), local supplier consideration (10%), and overall financial benefit/value for money (80%). A 12-month warranty for warranty and workmanship issues is required. Payment will be made upon submission of tax invoices after successful completion of works at each location. Council reserves the right to terminate the contract for breaches, non-specification supply, failure to deliver within timeframe, or WHS breaches.
