Toilet Sanitation Tenders

The contract will expire upon the successful completion of services on or before 31st July 2029, unless otherwise extended in writing by council.

Payment will be made monthly following submission of an invoice by the appointed contractor.

Tenders shall be evaluated using the following criteria and weighting: level of service capability 40%, local supplier 10%, financial benefit 50%.

Tenderers are required to provide details of two referees who may be contacted by the tender evaluation panel to provide confirmation of the claims made in the tender in respect to the capacity of your organisation to deliver the proposed service.

Should council consider the standard of works to be unsatisfactory, council may ask the cleaner to show cause as to why the contract should not be terminated.

Inspections of the premises is available by arrangement Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 12noon.

Supplier query cutoff Tuesday 02 June 2026 11:00 pm E. South America Standard Time

This contract may be cancelled under the following circumstances if the contractor: i. breaches any clause of the contract or ii. supplies goods or services not to specification or iii. is unable or unwilling to deliver the goods or services within the requested timeframe or iv. breaches any workplace health safety criteria.

The tender closing date and time is 12 noon on Thursday, 4th June 2026. The commencement date for the contract shall be 1st August 2026, and the contract duration is three years, ending on 31st July 2029.
