Tenders will be evaluated based on capacity (15%), method (25%), economic and social benefits (30%), and price (30%). The principal aims to achieve best value for money.
Tenderers must be prequalified under specified schemes to a financial level equal to or higher than the value of the works. Tenderers must also be solvent and hold all required accreditations, certifications, registrations, or licenses.
