Scope includes installation of 3/3600 RCP using jacking methods, demolition of existing 3/3900 CSP, grouting, and spoil removal. Commencement early January 2027, practical completion 9 April 2027. Payment by schedule of rates, progress claims by 20th business day monthly. Mandatory submission requirements include tender form, schedule, program, works procedures, staff details, equipment specs, insurance confirmation. The date for practical completion of these subcontract works is 9 April 2027. Works are expected to be completed under a 9 days on 5 days off roster.
Progress claims must be submitted to the main contractor's representative for review and approval by the 20th business day of each month. The main contractor's representative will then issue a payment certificate in accordance with the general conditions of subcontract.
Tenders received will be evaluated against the following criteria: criteria 1 price, criteria 2 methodology and relevant experience with similar TMR works, criteria 3 availability to meet project timeframes.
