The supplier must provide biosolids management services, including removal, dewatering, transport, storage, and beneficial reuse/lawful disposal of biosolids from multiple treatment plants (MSJTP, CBSTP, CSTP, TSTP). The contract term is 3 years with 2 optional 12-month extensions. Payment is based on wet or dry tonnes depending on the source. The supplier is responsible for regulatory compliance (EOW code, EPA), maintaining environmental plans, and adhering to strict health and safety requirements. Invoices must be submitted to invoices@townsville. qld. gov. au.
