Registration to be arranged by supplier, council pays registration and CTP separately. Trade-in vehicles available for inspection at 285 Mann Street by arrangement.
The equipment shall be delivered to Armidale Works Depot, 285 West Mann Street, within six weeks of receipt of acceptance of quotation. Council reserves the right to cancel the order if stated delivery times are not met.
Correctly rendered and verified invoices shall be paid in accordance with local government standard terms of thirty days, unless settlement discounts apply. Payment by electronic funds transfer.
Warranty and service details are also to be provided as part of the quotation submission.
In addition to price and delivery times the following criteria may be used for assessing offers: safety, fit for purpose, value for money, environmental performance.
It is councils practice to contract only with persons having appropriate financial assets and insurances. A tenderer may be required to provide evidence of their legal status. It is also councils practice to deal with entities that have a registered Australian business number (ABN) and are registered for GST.

Trade-in vehicles existing vehicles offered for trade-in can be inspected at 285 Mann Street, Armidale, by arrangement.
Quotations lodged after the closing time specified will be deemed late and may receive no further consideration. The canvassing of councillors, staff or council representatives could void quotation consideration.
