RFT25/07 - Plant & Equipment Hire Panel Contract - Council ( the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified, licensed and experienced Tenderers for the hire of Plant and Equipment on the basis of a Standing Offer agreement for Council controlled streets/roads, parks, Council facilities and other such locations owned and or managed by Council. This tender is for the provision of both Wet and Dry hire of various Plant and Equipment items such as, but not limited to the following categories;
Moree Plains Shire Council is seeking tenders for a plant and equipment hire panel contract. The contract will be for a period of two years with a one-year option. Tenderers must be appropriately qualified, licensed, and experienced. Mandatory participation criteria include being an acceptable legal entity, satisfaction of insurance requirements, completion and lodgement of response forms and schedules, and meeting a satisfactory level of safety, quality, and environmental management requirements.
