All water park maintenance personnel must hold, at a minimum: a pool operators certificate and a valid working with children blue card.
If the supplier fails to deliver the goods by the date for delivery or perform the services by the service completion date, it will be indebted to council for liquidated damages at the rate stated in 12. 6 for every day after the date for delivery or service completion date as the case may be until the earlier of the date upon which the goods are delivered or services completed, and the date that this contract is terminated.
Access to the site for the purposes of conducting investigations may be arranged by contacting the person specified in clause 6.
