This is a public tender for the supply and installation of a new sewer pumping station and the removal of the old one at Middleton Dr, Gundagai NSW. A mandatory site meeting is scheduled for Thursday, 28th May 2026, at 11 am. Tenders close on Friday, 12th June 2026, at 5 pm. Tenderers must be registered with NSW Vendor Panel. The contract will be awarded based on various factors including price, delivery time, quality, previous performance, experience, capability, safety, and environmental performance. Key requirements include preparing a design report, supplying and installing the new station, decommissioning the old one, managing WHS and environmental plans, and adhering to NSW Government procurement policies. The contract duration is 6 calendar weeks, with a 12-week post-completion period and a 2. 5% retention amount.
The time for completion is 6 calendar weeks after the date of award of contract.
The contractor may submit payment claims for completed work monthly, and payment is to be made within 15 business days after the date the contractors payment claim was submitted.
In evaluating tenders, the principal may take into consideration factors including, but not limited to price delivery time quality offered previous performance experience capability safety performance environmental performance conformity and the assessed value of qualifications and departures.
Tenderers suppliers are required to be registered with Supplier Hub, NSW Vendor Panel to access tender opportunities. Registration to Supplier Hub is now mandatory for all suppliers dealing with the Cootamundra Gundagai Regional Council.
A mandatory onsite meeting will be conducted onsite 11am Thursday 28th May 2026. At this meeting the pump wetwell will be emptied which will allow tenderers to inspect the existing pump station and ask any questions.
If a party is dissatisfied with an act or omission of the other party in connection with the contract then, within 20 business days after the act or omission, the dissatisfied party is to notify the other party in writing of a dispute.
The principal contracts only with recognised, acceptable legal entities and does not contract with firms under any form of external administration. Any tender submitted by an unincorporated business such as a sole trader, trust, partnership or business name must identify the legal entity that proposes to enter the contract.
