Swan Hill Rural City Council is seeking tenders for the reconstruction of the Lake Boga Netball Courts. The project involves full removal and reconstruction of both courts, including pavement renewal, installation of a compliant acrylic playing surface, updated line marking, and improvements to runoff zones and umpire areas. Tenders close on Monday, 15 June 2026, at 2:00 PM. A site visit is optional and scheduled for Wednesday, 3 June 2026, at 10 AM. Registration is required by Tuesday, 2 June. Evaluation criteria include price, compliance with specification, capability, capacity, methodology, social and economic benefit, and environmental benefit. The contract period is expected to be from mid to late September 2026 to February 2027.

Tenders will be evaluated based on price (30%), compliance with specification (20%), capability (10%), capacity (10%), methodology (20%), social and economic benefit (5%), and environmental benefit (5%). The council will assess offers against these criteria to determine the best value for money outcome.
Respondents must meet mandatory compliance criteria related to OHS and risk management systems, and insurance. They must also demonstrate that safe systems of work will be maintained throughout the contract delivery.
A site visit is optional and scheduled for Wednesday, 3 June 2026, at 10 AM. Tenderers must register their attendance by COB Tuesday, 2 June, by emailing tenders@swanhill. vic. gov. au.
Tenders that do not meet mandatory requirements will not be considered further. Failure to submit required additional information or attend a discussion meeting may also result in the tender not being considered.
