The conditions of participation require tenderers to be solvent, have required insurances in place or be willing to obtain them, and commit to and conduct themselves in accordance with standards of probity and professional conduct required of entities contracting with government.
A non-compulsory RFT briefing will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, 21st April 2026, at Wagga Wagga City Council, 243 Baylis Street, Wagga Wagga NSW ****, within the Council Chambers.
