The project involves replacing soffit sheeting and battens, and repairing leaks in three roof locations with associated ceiling repairs. CQUniversity's standard payment terms are net30 invoices for the total amount, invoiced upon acceptance of the goods and/or services by CQUniversity. Alternate payment terms will require a detailed explanation for consideration.
Tenders received will be evaluated against criteria including proposed terms, price, delivery capability, methodology, scope and project understanding, program and methodology, risk management, health, safety, environment and quality, resource and business continuity planning, capacity and key personnel, relevant experience, testimonials and referees.
The supplier must be suitably qualified and experienced, and attend a mandatory site visit. They must also provide a completed modern slavery self-assessment questionnaire and indicate their preference regarding CQUniversity's standard agreement.
