The date for practical completion of these subcontract works is 9 April 2027. Works are expected to be completed under a 9 days on 5 days off roster.

Progress claims must be submitted to the main contractors representative for review and approval by the 20th business day of each month. The main contractors representative will then issue a payment certificate in accordance with the general conditions of subcontract.

Tenders received will be evaluated against the following criteria: criteria 1 price, criteria 2 methodology and relevant experience with similar TMR works, criteria 3 availability to meet project timeframes.

The tenderer is to submit the following documents with its tender: completed roadtek tender form, completed tender schedule, program of works, works procedures to meet MRTS141 requirements, list of key tenderer staff, including details of experience in performing similar works.

If a tender does not satisfy the mandatory submission requirements, it may be considered nonconforming in accordance with clauses 4. 10 and 4. 11 of the roadtek general conditions of tendering.
