The tenderer is required to complete the schedule D price and schedule of rates and included with its submission. Monthly reports including a monthly invoice for all works performed in the preceding month must be submitted electronically within five 5 working days of the close of month. Council will not make payment for any services that have not been delivered.
Tenders will be evaluated on company profile, capability, service delivery, quality, and price and rates.
Tenderers must demonstrate organizational capability and capacity, understanding of the works scope and requirements, ability to achieve objectives, and key staff capability and availability. They must also provide referee details for at least two previous contracts of comparable scale and complexity within the past three years.
