The extent to which the suppliers proposed candidate demonstrates relevant capability and experience to undertake the role, considering the project and role specific responsibilities provided in the role description.

The customer may disqualify a supplier if it believes the supplier has breached any warranty. The customer may, in its absolute discretion but is not required to, immediately disqualify a supplier from the rfq process, or terminate the contract with the supplier which is subsequently entered into as a result of the rfq process, where it believes the supplier has breached any warranty in this clause.
