Tenders will be evaluated on mandatory criteria and weighted criteria including WHS, relevant experience, insurances, program, price, modern slavery questionnaire, capacity, conformity to quote, business profile, proposed contract and term.

The contractor must be suitably qualified and experienced, with all plant and equipment operators licensed/certified and works undertaken by persons suitably qualified and experienced in the specific tasks.

Breaches of environmental law and unsafe worksites and/or practices will result in large monetary penalties.

Enquiry cutoff is 28th July 2026.

Canvassing of councillors or staff, or attempting to influence them, may lead to automatic disqualification. Collusive behaviour is also prohibited.

The contractor warrants that all goods will comply with the contract, be in accordance with relevant laws and Australian standards, be properly packaged, and be free of defects, of merchantable quality, and fit for their intended purpose. he contractor warrants and must ensure that all goods: i comply with the requirements of the contract, any relevant order and conform to the specification and any samples provided by the contractor to the principal ii are in accordance with relevant laws and australian standards or, where no australian standard exists, any relevant iso standard iii are properly, safely and securely packaged for transport and labelled for identification and iv are free of defects, of merchantable quality and fit for their intended purpose as communicated to the contractor or reasonably inferable.

Chemicals must be delivered promptly in accordance with safe handling procedures.
