A defects liability period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion of the works under each supply order applies, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This applies to defects in workmanship or nonconformance with the relevant supply order.
Tenders will be assessed against compliance criteria (ABN, conformance to contract, insurance, WHS, financial capacity, ethical business practices) and qualitative criteria (profile and relevant experience, quality and availability of resources, delivery plan). Additional sustainability criteria will also be considered.
Tenderers must be suitably qualified and experienced organisations. Specific qualifications and experience details are required in Part B of the tender documents.
