Audiovisual Tenders

The tender closing date is 27 August 2026 at 3:00 PM.

The contract states that payment for the provision of deliverables must be made within 30 days after receipt of a correctly rendered invoice.

For goods, the warranty period is specified in item 15 of the agreement details, or 12 months if left blank. For services, warranties apply for the duration of the warranty period.

The assessment criteria include capability, methodology, organisational capacity, sustainability, experience, price, and social outcomes.

Suppliers must review the tender documentation, complete both part C tender response schedules (non-price and price), and upload them to BuyNSW as part of the tender submission.

A supplier briefing will be held via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 5 August 2026 at 1:00 PM. Attendance is optional but highly encouraged.

The closing date for questions is 5 PM, Thursday 20 August 2026.

The closing date for quotations is Friday, 31 July 2026, 03:00 AM E. South America Standard Time.

Support and warranty are evaluation criteria for quotations.

Quotations will be assessed on suitability of proposed solution, simplicity and usability, cost and value for money, supplier experience, and support and warranty.

Suppliers must be suitably qualified with demonstrated experience in audio-visual (AV) solutions.
