Attendance is not compulsory, but registration is required. There is no site inspection. The contract period is initially three years, with two optional three-year extension periods. The tenderer and any party proposed by the tenderer to provide any of the services must not have received a penalty or order arising from a court or tribunal decision in relation to an illegal worker or have fully complied with a penalty or order arising from a court or tribunal decision in relation to an illegal worker. The tenderer must submit a completed and signed tenderers edata room confidentiality undertaking. All language must be in English. All measurements must be expressed in Australian legal units of measurement other than currency. All tenders must be lodged electronically via Austender.
