Quotes will be evaluated based on compliance with requirements, ability to meet timeframes, cost and value for money, purposeful public procurement, capability and experience, methodology, and price.
The department may use the information provided in response to the capability and experience criterion to inform shortlisting. Suppliers must demonstrate relevant domain knowledge and experience in building and/or plumbing certification processes.
If a supplier considers they have been unreasonably or unfairly treated, they may request the issue be dealt with according to the customer's complaint management process. Queries can be directed to the Complaints Manager.
The department may, at its discretion, choose not to consider a supplier for further evaluation if they do not sufficiently demonstrate relevant capability and experience.
