The principal may take into consideration not only price but also other factors affecting value for money, including but not limited to: previous performance including work health and safety performance, environmental management performance, workplace and industrial relations performance and community relations management performance capability including ability to meet requirements of the supplier code of conduct, relevant experience, quality management capability and organisational, technical, financial and resource capability and capacity and initiatives including whole of life costs, quality offered, delivery time, innovation, sustainability, conformity to rft requirements and value adding including economic, social and environmental initiatives.

Tenderers must demonstrate their capacity to manage environmental matters in accordance with the nsw government environmental management guidelines for construction edition 4 em guidelines.

A nonmandatory pretender meeting will be held on the date, at the time and at the place nominated in the tender advertisement or invitation.

Tenders which do not comply with any requirement of, or which contain conditions or qualifications not required or allowed by, the rft documents may be passed over.

The closing date for submissions is Wednesday, September 02, 2026, 01:00 am E. South America Standard Time.

Tenderers are encouraged to include product warranties in their submission.

Submissions will be evaluated on value for money, technical compliance, demonstrated experience, product quality, delivery capability, and overall suitability for the intended application.

90 days of defects liability period will apply for these contracts, commencing from the date of practical completion of works under the micco unless otherwise specified.

The stage 2 tender selection criteria will be based on price 40 and nonprice 60.
