Live Music Tenders

The payment schedule will be based upon a schedule for delivery of the services with payments made against milestones achieved. The milestones will be set out in the contract to the supplier.

Responses will be assessed against criteria including extensive experience in major live performance and/or event production, operations and technical management.

Destination NSW may invite respondents to an interview process, ask them to make personal presentations, or conduct site inspections regarding its response. The respondent shall undertake this at its own cost.

A response may be excluded if it is noncompliant or fails to meet mandatory requirements. destination nsw may cull, set aside, or exclude a response from further evaluation in which destination nsw has evaluated and documented the response as: o noncompliant, nonconforming or has not met the mandatory requirements of the request
