The tender is for road sweeping services in the Darwin region for 60 months. The tender response schedules must be completed and lodged electronically via the provided link or by fax. The conditions of tendering and contract are provided separately. An Indigenous Development Plan is required within 14 days of contract award. A project control plan must be submitted within 14 days of contract award. Price adjustments will apply from the closing date of the RFT. The contractor must provide 24/7 telephone contact. The contractor must use an electronic recording and management system (Konect). The contractor must comply with the Territory Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act and regulations. The contractor must provide a project-specific project control plan. The contractor must attend quarterly meetings. The contractor must provide plans, programs, and reports in the correct format and within the set timeframes. The contractor must record all works, services, defects, repairs, and periodical maintenance in Konect. The contractor must comply with the requirements of the contract for sweeping frequency. The contractor must undertake compliance checks of the contractors work site traffic management. The contractor must conduct regular internal reviews of the project control plan. The contractor must provide warranties for workmanship and manufacturers and/or suppliers warranties for products used in the works. The contractor must provide a sweeping service program. The contractor must provide a project-specific proforma for use in recording details of defects and the remedial action taken. The contractor must provide a copy of the written permission to enter land not owned by the Northern Territory Government or land outside a road reserve. The contractor must provide copies of written clearances/consents from Aboriginal land councils with jurisdiction over the sites of the works for all works on aboriginal land before commencing works. The contractor must provide copies of permits to clear native vegetation. The contractor must provide a copy of written approval from the Department of Health for any proposed onsite effluent disposal system. The contractor must provide documented evidence that the appropriate approvals and clearances have been obtained for extraction of materials/minerals. The contractor must obtain approval from the principal or superintendent for the stockpiling of material more than 2m in height. The contractor must provide a copy of a water extraction license for the taking of groundwater and/or surface water outside urban areas for the works subject to the contract. The contractor must obtain written permission from the owner or lessee if water extraction is proposed from a private bore, dam, power and water corporation hydrant or stand pipe, or waterway, for all works. The contractor must obtain written approval from the superintendent for the establishment and use of any detours, turnarounds or equipment lay down areas. The contractor must submit the traffic management plan and generic traffic control diagrams to the superintendent within 7 days after the awarding of the contract. The contractor must provide evidence that the vehicles and plant brought on to the site of the works are free of weeds and their seeds and are soil free. The contractor must provide the superintendent with a signed statement certifying that cleaning took place. The contractor must install distance measuring equipment with a digital display capable of measuring to one metre, in all relevant work and supervisory vehicles within 4 weeks of the contract being awarded. The contractor must endorse the csr as required and return to the superintendent no later than 14 days after completion of work. The contractor must attach a GST compliant tax invoice which includes the order number of the work to the csr when forwarding to the superintendent for payment unless the contractor has entered an agreement with the principal to receive recipient

The Central Highlands Regional Council is establishing a register of prequalified suppliers for project management and superintendency services. The closing date for tenders is March 29, 2026. Clarification requests must be submitted by March 24, 2026. The anticipated contract commencement is April 6, 2026.

The Port Augusta City Council is seeking tenders for hygiene services at multiple locations. Tenders must be lodged electronically via SA Tenders before 2:00 PM Adelaide time on Thursday, March 26, 2026. The council will evaluate tenders based on criteria including customer service, pricing, risk, environmental management, local economic benefit, experience, and compliance. The council may conduct a site/industry briefing. The successful tenderer will be required to comply with work health and safety requirements.
