The time to complete the services is to be completed at award, according to the consultant's program, xx weeks for issue of letter of award, email notification, or provision of a purchase order, whichever is the sooner.

The consultant must lodge a payment claim with the principal at the times specified in item 11 of the agreement information. The principal will provide a payment schedule within 10 business days and will pay the consultant the amount due within 15 business days after the consultant's payment claim is served.

The consultant warrants that it has no conflict of interest at the date of this agreement.

The consultant must perform the services to that standard of care and skill to be expected of a consultant who regularly acts in the capacity in which the consultant is engaged and who possesses the knowledge, skill and experience of a consultant qualified to act in that capacity.

If an issue is not referred to expert determination in accordance with clause 11. 2, the issue for which the notice has been given is barred from expert determination or litigation or similar action.

The bid notice does not explicitly state a delivery deadline for the architectural projections themselves, but the anticipated contract commencement date is 01 June 2026, with an anticipated initial contract term of two years, and optional extension up to two years, for a total estimated contract term of four years.

The bid notice states that the territory will evaluate responses against the evaluation criteria specified to determine which represent the best value for money.

The council will pay the amount of each invoice within 30 days of its receipt except where council notifies the contractor of a dispute.
