The contractor must be suitably qualified and experienced to provide consistent, proactive, and responsive support for the electronic security systems. All contractor employees must have completed the online POTL WHS General Induction and have current and valid licences and training competencies for the services engaged. All contractor employees working on a POTL managed and controlled site workplace, including any subcontractors must have completed the online POTL WHS general induction and sign in before commencing works. . .
If the supplier fails to meet KPIs 3 times within any 12-month period, they may be issued a show cause notice for breach of contract. Where the supplier fails to meet KPIs 3 times within any 12month period during the contract term, the supplier will be regarded as having committed a breach of the contract which cannot be remedied and a show cause notice may be issued.

Failure to comply with health, safety, or environmental requirements may result in immediate suspension of work. If during the execution of a contract a service provider contractor contractor consultant or subcontractor is observed to be in breach of any health, safety or environmental requirements, all work with regards to that activity may be suspended immediately by a POTL representative.
