The contract is to be completed within eight 8 weeks of the principals acceptance of the tender.

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified proprietary limited companies.

A mandatory pre-tender meeting and site visit will be held on Tuesday, 26 May at 10:00am, at Rangari Road at the western end of the sealed/unsealed interface.

Supplier query cutoff is Thursday 04 June 2026 10:00 pm.

Suppliers must not contact directly by phone or email. All communication must occur through the VendorPanel forum to maintain fairness and a clear audit trail.

Payment terms are within 30 or insert days from when the invoice is received.

The contractor warrants that the supply will comply with all applicable requirements of the contract and industry practice, comply with all applicable laws and rules and requirements, be fit for the purpose or purposes set out in, or reasonably inferred from, the contract and be performed by appropriately qualified and experienced personnel.

The contractor must have the necessary experience, and an appropriately qualified and trained workforce, to carry out such supply until completion of the supply or expiry of the contract term as applicable.

No liquidated damages apply, but council's right to claim general law damages is preserved.

Council may immediately terminate this contract by giving written notice to the contractor if the contractor's labour hire licence is cancelled, suspended or is made the subject of conditions that prevent the contractor from lawfully performing work under the contract.
