Progress payments are made based on milestones achieved, with council issuing a certificate within 14 days and paying within a further 14 days. within 14 days after receipt of the progress claim council is to issue a progress claimcertificate confirming the extent of work undertaken and the amount of payment due.

The assessment is weighted: Cost (30%), Experience/Capability (30%), Provision of Services (35%), and Hourly Work Rates (5%). criterion 1 cost of councils requirements weighting 30

Tenderers engaging in canvassing or prohibited conduct may be disqualified at the CEO's discretion. The tender response of any tenderer who engages in conduct prohibited under this condition may, at the chief executive officers discretion, be disqualified from the tender assessment process.
